I enjoyed another successful community event in Sheildfield, one of the many, this time it was a Community Coffee Morning at the NewBridge Project.

These happen Every Monday 11am - 12:30pm in the Co-Work Space of the Shieldfield Centre.

Two years post-hospital, I've somehow become a gym regular. Following stroke, the NHS offers really good options to support physical recovery, and I got into the habit of showing up in my tracksuit twice a week at the East End pool, which was a really important factor in regaining my confidence.

First Friday of every Month at 11am at Caring Hands Shieldfield. I always like to make sure that people can come and see me in person, they can also book for my online surgery, ring me up or email me.

It was nice to see the Bulbs sprouting from the Street tidy up and planting day that we did back on the 19th November.

I was told on Friday (5th Jan) that reports came in over the Christmas Holidays of falling debris at Shieldfield House. Initial reports suggest issues with an old repair to window sealants which was carried out a number of years ago.
